AARON HAGEMAN, investor & advisor

Aaron Hageman is a lifelong entrepreneur and coach with more than 25 years of experience building companies and teams.


Amongst other ventures, Aaron is the former founder and CEO of Delivery Drivers, Inc. (DDI), a human resources tech platform for independent contractors (acquired by Walmart), as well as the founder of the Albuquerque Sol Futbal Club in the US Soccer system.


As the founder of Hageman Enterprises, Aaron and his team are investing into and consulting with high-growth entrepreneurs. Bringing process and structure to working “on” the business and driving strategy for his clients, Aaron is dedicated to 10X team building, organizational architecture, drafting strategic plans, and creating scalable businesses.

Brooke Janzen has a proven track record of business performance management in entrepreneurial and scale-driven organizations. 


As a former support to a national executive team, Brooke has been part of teams and initiatives to help align managerial thinking, develop performance management tools that are aligned with the organizational strategy and the needs of decision-makers.  


Brooke is especially adept and self-motivated, with a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative leadership and learning development interventions, onboarding programs, and implementing large-scale leadership solutions while connecting them to business outcomes. When it comes to assisting with the workflow challenge for executives, Brooke is a powerhouse. She is an integral part of helping teams retain success! 

As a strategist, her involvement and work with global brands, businesses, and influencers revolves around creating success and execution plans for key initiatives and brand awareness.


From 2017-2019 she helped more than 2000+ small business owners launch their businesses online for free with to truly understand the small business landscape.


That expertise led her to serve as a Google Certified Speaker traveling the country educating brands and business owners on tactical marketing and business  strategies.

RANDY GARN, sr. advisor

Randy Garn is a New York Times bestselling author, passionate entrepreneur and business builder. He works closely with and advises some of the world's most recognized CEOs, companies, thought leaders, and experts. 


Randy is a partner at Tamarak Capital, board member at Malouf Companies and Foundation, and contributing author at Entrepreneur Magazine. He has been awarded Entrepreneur Of The Year by Ernst and Young, and Top 40 Under 40. 


Randy is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, as well as an almunus of Harvard University, and graduated from the Harvard Owner President Management Program.
